This is the only place where i can vent out my anger and complaints! Seriously i am angry about my roster lor, i really dont understand what's the point of the NC doing the roster when SNM changed almost everything! If that's the case then just let the SNM do the roster lor then NC no need to be so stress to rush the roster every month liao! ARGHHH! And when SNM changed the roster, she never even see how many days we work then put off lor! ARGHHH! I have to work for 8 days straight! And touchwood if i am sick and take mc then i still need to use my own AL/off just to cover my mc, that's really unfair man! You want us to work so many days yet not getting tired/sick it's really impossible lor! No wonder mc rate is always high la, never use brain one lor! ARGHHHH! I AM TOTALLY PISSING OFF TO THE MAX!!
