I have 8 days of work! 4 days down, 4 more to go! And i have 4 nights to go! Tonight is my first night, hope time will pass fast! I really cant wait for my long long weekend to come!! And JB trip!! (: When i feel like blogging again the next time, will post up pictures soon!! (:

This is the only place where i can vent out my anger and complaints! Seriously i am angry about my roster lor, i really dont understand what's the point of the NC doing the roster when SNM changed almost everything! If that's the case then just let the SNM do the roster lor then NC no need to be so stress to rush the roster every month liao! ARGHHH! And when SNM changed the roster, she never even see how many days we work then put off lor! ARGHHH! I have to work for 8 days straight! And touchwood if i am sick and take mc then i still need to use my own AL/off just to cover my mc, that's really unfair man! You want us to work so many days yet not getting tired/sick it's really impossible lor! No wonder mc rate is always high la, never use brain one lor! ARGHHHH! I AM TOTALLY PISSING OFF TO THE MAX!!

Anyways finally got my letter for pay increment! HOHOHO!! Cant wait for july's promotion too!! HAHA! Finally submitted self normination form to ADN!! Hopefully can do job rotation soonnnnn!! (: For now, i cant wait for 4th may, going JB with fellow colleagues!! Hopefully no last minute cancellationnnn!! HAHA!

Am still awake at this hour, all thanks to what we call post night syndrome! HAHAHA! Tonight is my "5th" night of working! HAHA! I am just joking! LOL. It's been awhile since i blogged! Have been working straight for 7 days after my off last thursday! Anyways heard that we are having pay increment!! *Excited* More ward allowances + night allowances! Damn shiok la! Thank God i choose the right hospital to work in! HAHAHAHA! I guess my friends in other hospitals must be grumbling about our pay increment!! HAHAHAHA!
