Time flies so fast, 1 month of attachments is going to end soon :) Finally did RN job since last week. I think i am really silly to do something stupid yet funny mistakes! HAHA. The first silly thing i did was to tell my preceptor 1 of the medication in the IMR no need to be served then i asked her if i should highlight it then i highlighted it then she stopped me so i highlighted halfway in the IMR. HAHA. The second silly thing i did today was the staff nurse asked me to call ECG nurse to do ECG for 1 of the patient and i couldnt find the no and i happened to see heart center no so i called that no thinking that it is correct and all but after several conversations with the heart center nurse and my staff nurse happen to pass by, i told her and she asked me to put down the phone as i called the wrong no! I tell i am really dumbbbb la! OMG! What a blur nurse i am! OMG! Anyways i am happy cause i get to do NGT insertion and feeding and also SC injection! Weeeeeeeeee! Like finally got skills that i can do! HAHA! I am happier cause tomorrow is my OFF DAY again! :)
